Your tasks

  • Analysis of customer requirements in the field of IT infrastructure
  • Planning and design of IT systems and networks
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components
  • Integration of new systems into existing IT infrastructures
  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting in IT systems
  • Carrying out updates, patches and security measures
  • Documentation of system configurations and processes
  • Advising customers on IT infrastructure and security matters
  • Collaboration with other specialist departments and external service providers

What you bring

  • Completed (technical) A-levels or a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good written and spoken German language skills
  • Communication talent: a friendly and polite manner comes naturally to you
  • Careful working and team spirit
  • Independence as well as willingness to learn and perform
  • An appetite for "responsibility from day one"
  • Process and problem-solving orientation
