Since 01.01.2016, the steadily growing company has been successfully run by Chris Franke and Markus Naumann. As our field of work keeps growing, our team needs to grow with it. For our successful future, in which we win over more and more customers, we need you!

Your tasks

  • Active involvement in operational engineering and project work
  • Independent and competent handling of customer orders and projects
  • Carrying out installations, configurations, maintenance etc. on-site at the customer, internally, by phone and via remote support

What you bring

  • Professional experience as an IT service and project technician, ideally from an IT systems house environment
  • Completed technical vocational training or a completed technical degree is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft client/server environments and network technology
  • Customer-oriented and self-responsible way of working
  • Independent working and learning
  • Implementing and solving problems
  • Willingness to engage, initiative and discipline
