Our modern cloud-based phone system overcomes these limitations once and for all: every employee can make calls using their landline extension from a PC or laptop with a headset, a smartphone, or a desk phone, from anywhere in the world. We install a software-based phone system for you, without the need to set up and wire a bulky phone system. The phone system grows flexibly along with your requirements and the number of your employees.

Optional: Nia FrontDesk AI phone assistant

On request, we equip your cloud phone system with Nia FrontDesk, NFON's AI-powered call assistant: it answers calls around the clock, handles routine questions directly (e.g. opening hours, address), and forwards callers based on staff availability – including a fallback contact if the requested person is unreachable. Optimized for German-speaking callers. Nia FrontDesk doesn't replace a full receptionist for complex matters, but it takes routine calls off your team's plate, especially outside business hours or during high call volume. Availability and pricing depend on your current NFON license package – we're happy to check this for you.

Basic system setup – €699.00 one-time

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT.

No, we set up your existing numbers and extensions in the new cloud phone system. Every employee keeps using their familiar extension – just flexibly, from a PC, laptop, smartphone, or desk phone.
