Traditionally, many work processes in every company run on paper: from invoice verification to vacation requests and sick notes, to customer quotes and supplier orders. Paper as a medium no longer fits into today's era of digital work: it moves slowly through the company and has to be processed and archived. Paper leads to cluttered desks and recurring small errors in work processes. Organized processes, some of which could even run automatically, are simply impossible this way.

Your entry into the paperless office
By introducing a document management system (DMS) through your IT service provider, these problems become a thing of the past. Together with you, we implement such a DMS and, using a typical process as an example – such as invoice processing within the company – develop your first digitized process (also called a "workflow"). To do this, we analyze the most important document types in the company and define users, permissions, and filing structures. Your employees are then briefed and trained on the software. As a result, we can gradually digitize more and more processes in your company.

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
