Our disaster recovery plan for emergencies – created by an IT specialist.
IT is now the beating heart of many companies: without access to data and software, operations often grind to a complete halt. No customer data, no information about orders and production, and often the failure of email and phone as well. The causes of such complete outages are varied: a virus infection, a targeted hacker attack, sabotage by employees or competitors, or cases of break-in/theft, power surges, or water damage all endanger your IT and therefore your entire company. Experience from recent years shows that restoring an operational state after a complete outage can take an average of 4 to 5 days if no emergency plan is in place.

Prepared for the worst case
A proven way to quickly restore your IT is to develop and continuously maintain an emergency plan. A specialist from your IT service provider analyzes all mission-critical components of your IT. They map out the dependencies between systems (e.g. which devices and programs need to work first so that you can access your customer data again) and document which data is backed up where and how – and, moreover, how it can be quickly restored.
As a result, you receive an emergency plan that enables a qualified IT service technician to restore your IT in the shortest possible time, even if they were not previously familiar with your IT system.
Our fair pricing model
As your IT service provider, we create an emergency plan for you and update it regularly every 12 months. Please choose the option that suits you best:
Emergency Plan Basic – €59.00/month
For small businesses (e.g. tradespeople, practices) with fewer than 10 employees that can remain operational for up to 96 hours without IT.
Emergency Plan Standard – €99.00/month
For medium-sized companies with 10 or more employees, where an IT outage of more than 60 hours leads to significant restrictions.
Emergency Plan Premium – €149.00/month
For large companies (e.g. production businesses) and companies where an IT outage of more than 48 hours already threatens their existence.
The minimum contract term for all packages is 24 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
