With Managed Documentation, created by us as your IT service provider, you can confidently leave this task entirely in our hands. With our structured, complete IT documentation, which covers everything from micro-businesses to large enterprises, we give you a 360-degree overview of your IT. We update this documentation regularly, so you can use this information to, for example, make investment decisions and identify bottlenecks in your IT. In addition, in the event of a complete IT outage, you have a document on hand that allows for a quick return to an operational state.

Our fair pricing model

As your IT service provider, we create Managed Documentation for you and maintain it regularly at a fixed monthly price:

Up to 10 PC workstations – €69.00/month

Up to 25 PC workstations – €129.00/month

Up to 50 PC workstations – €199.00/month

Up to 100 PC workstations – €349.00/month

More than 100 PC workstations – individual pricing

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT.
