An insecure, outdated password is now one of the most common causes of security vulnerabilities in your IT. You also have to rely on your employees regularly choosing new, secure passwords – which in practice never happens. And if an employee leaves the company, you often don't know exactly which systems you need to revoke their access from. This is a major security risk!

All access, securely under control
We install what's known as a password manager for you, so that each of your employees gets their own secure, long password for every software system. This allows you to control the regular changing of passwords. This software system is a central database in which you retain overall access to all passwords of all employees. Here, you can, for example, grant permissions to individual departments, add new employees, or remove an individual employee's complete access with just a few clicks.
Our fair pricing model
As your IT service provider, we set up a secure password manager for you as a cloud IT service in accordance with the service description above:
Fixed price for basic setup – €149.00 one-time
User with their own password management – €8.00/month per user
The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT.
