Nowadays, it is common for employees to use smartphones and tablets in their everyday work. Not only company-owned devices are used, but also your employees' private devices. This creates "shadow IT" – systems that can access your company data but otherwise escape your control. On the one hand, this could allow unauthorized individuals, such as former employees, to access confidential data. On the other hand, it creates an entry point for viruses and malicious software, because you cannot ensure that these mobile devices are adequately protected.

Full control over all mobile devices

With Mobile Device Management (MDM) from your IT service provider, you regain full control over all mobile devices used for the company. You decide for yourself which devices, used by which users, can access which data. This way, you retain an overview and can, for example, restrict access rights, selectively approve the installation of apps, or even wipe devices if they are lost or an employee has left the company. Our technical specialists actively support you in managing these mobile devices.

Our fair pricing model

As your IT service provider, we install and operate a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for you in accordance with the service description listed here, at a fixed monthly price:

Up to 10 mobile devices – €99.00/month

Up to 25 mobile devices – €299.00/month

Up to 50 mobile devices – €399.00/month

Up to 75 mobile devices – €569.00/month

Up to 100 mobile devices – €699.00/month

An existing Microsoft 365 license is required per user. The billed number of devices is automatically adjusted based on usage.

The minimum contract term for all packages is 36 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and VAT, as well as a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our standard service rates.

What happens with my employees' private devices (BYOD)?

Private and company data are strictly separated: our administrators have no access to your employees' private data, while company data remains fully under your control.

What happens to the company data on a smartphone when an employee leaves?

With the MDM, you can selectively wipe confidential company data from a device, for example when an employee leaves or a device is lost – the employee's private data remains untouched.

Do we need additional licenses for this?

An existing Microsoft 365 license is required per user. The billed number of devices automatically adjusts to your actual usage.

How are new mobile devices actually enrolled in the MDM?

New devices are enrolled into the company network in a simplified way via push notifications. If they don't meet your security requirements, the system automatically rejects them.
