When the updates are eventually installed, the PC is tied up for several minutes, sometimes hours – valuable time during which the device cannot be used for work. In addition, PC errors are usually only noticed once it's already too late and the workstation has failed. The result is waiting time for the IT service provider and high costs for recovery.

Monitoring and patch management from the experts
With our monitoring and patch management service, these problems become a thing of the past: monitoring software installed on all PCs automatically monitors system health. Like an automatic health check, the software reports instabilities, vulnerabilities, or failures. These alerts are automatically forwarded to your IT service provider, who can then resolve the causes via remote maintenance before failures occur.
In addition, a patch management program enables your IT service provider to regularly install security updates. They can install the updates remotely outside of your working hours, so your employees can work undisturbed. At the same time, they have a clear overview, guaranteeing that all systems are kept at the same, up-to-date state.

Package Basic – €5.00/month per PC workstation, €4.00/month from the 10th PC
Predictive monitoring of the system health of your PCs and laptops (proactive monitoring), accelerated remote maintenance access, and automatic security updates for your operating system, Office programs, web browsers, Java, and Adobe.
Package Standard – €10.00/month per PC workstation, €8.00/month from the 10th PC
Predictive monitoring of the system health of your PCs and laptops (proactive monitoring), accelerated remote maintenance access, and automatic security updates for your operating system, Office programs, web browsers, Java, and Adobe.
In addition, 30 minutes of a service technician's working time for the initial setup is billed per PC.
The minimum contract term for all packages is 12 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our service hourly rates. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
