Like an automatic health check, the software reports instabilities, vulnerabilities, or failures of your servers. These alerts are automatically forwarded to your IT service provider, who can then resolve the causes via remote maintenance before failures occur. You don't have to worry about a thing!
In addition, a patch management program ensures that your IT service provider regularly installs security updates. They can install the updates remotely outside of your working hours, so your employees can work undisturbed. At the same time, they have a clear overview, guaranteeing that all systems are kept at the same, up-to-date state.

Package Basic – €39.00/month per individual hardware server
Predictive monitoring of the system health of your servers (proactive monitoring), accelerated remote maintenance access, automatic security updates, and backup monitoring (automated monitoring of your data backup).
Package Standard – €49.00/month per individual hardware server
Predictive monitoring of the system health of your servers (proactive monitoring), accelerated remote maintenance access, automatic security updates, and backup monitoring (automated monitoring of your data backup).
Setup is billed according to time spent.
The minimum contract term for all packages is 12 months. Amounts are due monthly in advance and collected by SEPA direct debit. Plus any travel costs and a one-time setup fee billed according to time spent at our service hourly rates. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
